Our Product line has expand to include a wide range of wall mounts from small range of 14" LCD to even bigger range of 60" LCD TV. We provide Fixed, Tilt and Full motion wall mounts and even ceiling mounts.

Logistics Coordinator

Okay for a Start, But Growth is Slow

Pros: As a Logistics Coordinator, I did learn a lot about core supply chain operations in the beginning. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is pretty supportive, which made daily tasks much easier. It's a solid place to get initial experience in the distribution industry.
Cons: Career progression here is tough. There aren't many opportunities to move up into management roles, even after a few years. Training for more senior roles in this mid-sized distribution company isn't really a thing, so you're often on your own.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating clear career paths and offering more training for internal promotions. It would really help with retention and employee motivation. Show more
