Culture's okay for contract services roles

Pros: The team members in the Kuala Lumpur office are pretty supportive, especially within individual project teams. You learn a lot about the contract services industry. It's a solid place for Project Coordinator roles if you like onsite work.
Cons: The overall company culture feels a bit lacking. There's not much internal celebration or recognition, which can be tough. It sometimes feels like just a place to get work done, not somewhere to truly connect.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more company-wide engagement and recognition programs. Celebrate successes more often to boost team morale and improve the overall company culture. Show more
