Pros: The base salary for a Marketing Executive is competitive, which is a big plus. You'll learn a lot from the experienced team members in the automotive industry. There's a decent camaraderie among colleagues in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Cons: The work-life balance is genuinely tough, consistently working 50-60 hour weeks. There isn't much flexibility for remote work; it's mostly an onsite setup. Peak seasons in the supply chain industry can be really draining.
