Pros: As a Production Supervisor, I didn't worry much about my role here. The industrial manufacturing sector in Malaysia is quite stable, so there's always work on the production lines at the Kuala Lumpur office. It's a mid-sized company, so not much volatility if you're looking for consistent onsite work.
Cons: Growth options aren't always clear, which can make long-term security feel a bit stagnant. Sometimes roles get redefined without a lot of warning, which isn't great. They don't always communicate internal changes proactively.
Advice to Management: Improve communication about internal changes and offer clearer career paths, especially for tenured employees. This will boost overall morale.
