Pros: The team here is generally supportive; I've found good colleagues in the Kuala Lumpur office. As a Business Analyst, I appreciated the collaborative environment within my immediate team. They also have a decent hybrid work setup, which is a plus.
Cons: Communication from upper management can be tough. There's not always a clear direction, which affects project timelines in the logistics technology industry. The company culture feels a bit siloed sometimes, and it's hard to get a clear answer.
