Pros: They do offer a hybrid work model, which is pretty nice for a mid-sized tech company. As a Software Engineer, I generally get my 40 hours in, which is good.
Cons: Sometimes there are really tight deadlines in software development, and you end up pulling longer hours. It's not a consistent 9-to-5 experience, especially during major project launches.
Advice to Management: Management should really look at more realistic project timelines. This would help prevent burnout for engineering roles in the Kuala Lumpur office.
