Job Security is a Real Concern Here
Pros: I've learned a ton about manufacturing processes and CAD design in the Kuala Lumpur office. The team camaraderie is solid; everyone helps each other out when big engineering projects get tough.
Cons: Job security isn't great. They tend to let people go between major engineering contracts. It feels like you're always wondering if you'll be next, especially for entry-level engineering roles.
Advice to Management: Focus on retaining talent between projects. Maybe diversify your engineering solutions portfolio more to smooth out the project cycles and offer more stable roles. Show more
