Pros: The team spirit among the production line staff is really strong, which helps get the job done. My direct manager, a veteran in prefabricated building products, was always supportive and helped us hit our targets efficiently. It's a solid mid-sized manufacturing company to learn the ropes and the job security is good.
Cons: Upper management sometimes struggles with consistent decision-making, which can be tough for us on the factory floor in Shah Alam. We often get conflicting priorities, making our job as a Production Supervisor harder than it needs to be. It feels like they're a bit out of touch with daily operations.
Advice to Management: Management should work on clearer communication and more consistent strategic planning. Getting feedback from the team on the factory floor would really help them understand the operational challenges in our Shah Alam plant.
