Pros: It's pretty stable if you're in the renewable energy sector. As a Project Engineer, I got to work on some interesting utility-scale projects. The team is solid, and there's a good learning curve here.
Cons: Work flexibility here isn't great. They really push for onsite work, even when it's not strictly necessary. Don't expect a real hybrid model; WFH is rarely an option, which can make personal appointments tough in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing a more robust and clear hybrid or WFH policy. Giving Project Engineers more autonomy on where they work could really boost morale and productivity.
