Great Place for Green Tech Enthusiasts
Pros: I really appreciate the collaborative environment; people are always willing to help out. There are tons of learning opportunities in marine electrification and green tech, which is exciting for career development. The leadership generally has a clear vision and supports innovative ideas. It's a stable company with a meaningful mission.
Cons: Sometimes the approval processes can feel a bit slow, which can delay project timelines. Also, while there are growth opportunities, the promotion path isn't always super clear-cut, which can be frustrating.
Advice to Management: Streamline some of the internal approval workflows to boost efficiency. Also, consider making career progression frameworks more transparent for roles like Project Engineer to help with long-term career planning.
