Okay Place, But Job Security Is a Concern
Pros: Working as an HR Coordinator here gave me good exposure to different client projects in the HR consulting industry. I got to learn a lot about varied recruitment solutions. The team in the Dallas office was generally supportive and friendly.
Cons: Job security isn't great, honestly. Many roles, especially for this kind of HR Coordinator position, are tied to specific client projects. When a project ends, there's always that worry about what's next. It's tough when you're looking for long-term stability in a mid-sized firm.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more pathways for internal movement when client projects wrap up, especially for core roles. It would really help with employee retention and morale in the recruitment solutions space.

Culture is a Mixed Bag Here
Pros: My immediate team was great; we supported each other well, which is huge in the HR industry. It's nice that you get some remote work flexibility, usually two WFH days a week. That helps balance things out.
Cons: Upper management seems pretty far removed from daily operations, especially for us in recruiting roles. It's a pretty corporate environment overall, which can feel a bit impersonal. Doesn't always feel like hard work gets noticed.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more cross-team connections. It would really help morale and make the company feel less like just a 'corporate' machine. Also, clearer communication on overall goals for Recruiting Coordinators would be good.
