Pros: The base salary for a Software Engineer is pretty competitive for the Kuala Lumpur office. You can definitely live comfortably here. They do offer some standard health benefits, which is a plus.
Cons: I feel like the overall benefits package isn't as strong as other companies in the big tech scene. There aren't many unique perks, and the annual bonus structure isn't always clear or generous. Pay raises can also be a bit slow.
