Pros: The team here is really supportive. We actually work well together on complex software development projects. The hybrid work arrangement is a huge plus, giving us good flexibility.
Cons: There's a real lack of clear direction from top leadership. As a Software Engineer, it's frustrating when project priorities keep changing. Also, the company culture sometimes pushes for too much unpaid overtime to deliver IT solutions.
Advice to Management: Management needs to improve communication. Give teams clearer goals and stop changing directions mid-project. Also, recognize the effort people put in and address the overtime culture.
