Pros: I've learned a ton about general media production as a Junior Producer. The team is really collaborative, and it's a decent place for entry-level folks to get their foot in the door in content creation. The hybrid model offers some good work-life balance.
Cons: Career growth here is tough. There aren't many senior production roles, so you can feel stuck after a couple of years. It's hard to see a clear path for advancement, especially for those wanting to move up quickly in this mid-sized company. I didn't see much mentorship for long-term development.
