Pros: The team I worked with directly as a Logistics Coordinator was pretty solid. We helped each other out to get parcels delivered on time. They offer decent benefits for a corporate environment here in Malaysia.
Cons: Leadership at the middle management level really struggles. There's not much clear direction, which makes it tough for new hires to adapt. Communication from the top down can be inconsistent for us in onsite work roles.
Advice to Management: Focus on training middle managers in communication and team development. Clearer goals and regular feedback would help everyone, especially in the busy logistics industry.
