Pros: My direct manager was really solid and supportive. There's a strong mission here, which is great for a non-profit organization. We genuinely help the community in the Washington D.C. area.
Cons: Senior leadership can feel pretty disconnected from the daily operations. Decisions sometimes seem out of touch with our needs as Program Coordinator roles. There's not a clear vision for long-term growth.
Advice to Management: Please listen more to those of us doing the actual program work. Clearer communication from the top would help everyone feel more valued and understand the overall direction.
