Pros: I've worked as a Junior Consultant here for a couple years. Some project managers are truly great mentors; they really try to help you grow your skills in the management consulting industry. The company also offers decent training programs when you first join.
Cons: The senior leadership team can feel pretty disconnected from day-to-day work, especially if you're often remote from the New York City office. It's tough to get clear direction sometimes, which leads to working longer hours unnecessarily. There's not always a strong vision from the top.
Advice to Management: Try to be more present and provide clearer strategic guidance. Better communication between senior leadership and project teams would help avoid confusion and reduce crunch times.
