Pros: Some of the direct managers are solid, especially in our IT consulting projects. I've had good mentors here, which is a plus as a Software Engineer.
Cons: The higher-ups often seem out of touch. Communication about strategy, especially for the Dallas, TX office, isn't always clear. It's tough trying to figure out the long-term vision in this mid-sized company.
Advice to Management: Try to connect more with the teams. Your decisions don't always trickle down clearly, especially for us working a hybrid model. Better transparency would really help morale.
