Cons: While the hybrid setup is okay, the 'flexible hours' part isn't always true. Sometimes, especially with client deadlines in the tech education sector, you're expected to be available for longer hours. It's not as fully flexible as advertised, which can be tough.
Advice to Management: Really solidify the flexible hours policy, especially for technical roles. Clearly defining 'flexibility' beyond just WFH options would help a lot with employee satisfaction and avoid burnout.
