Pros: Some days are chill, especially when client demands are low. You do get exposure to varied IT services projects. The Kuala Lumpur office is decent.
Cons: But as a Sales Executive, expect long hours. The targets can be really demanding, especially at month-end. It's hard to switch off from work sometimes.
Advice to Management: Management needs to rethink sales targets and staffing. Help Sales Executives manage their workload better. More support for the team would help.
