Pros: They do offer a hybrid model, which is nice. We get a few WFH days a week, so that's decent for an Associate Media Planner not always needing to be in the Kuala Lumpur office. It helps avoid the daily commute sometimes.
Cons: The 'flexibility' often depends on client demands and campaign deadlines. Sometimes you're expected onsite more than planned, especially in the advertising industry. It's not truly flexible if client needs override company policy.
Advice to Management: Try to set clearer boundaries for work flexibility that aren't so easily overridden by urgent client needs. A true hybrid model needs to be consistent, even for media agency roles.
