Growth needs a lot of effort here.
Pros: It's a decent spot for stability in the education industry. They offer some yearly professional development budget. As an educator, you get good experience with diverse students.
Cons: Career growth for teaching roles is slow. There aren't many leadership positions opening up. It's tough to move up at the Kuala Lumpur campus without going into administration.
Advice to Management: Create clearer pathways for career advancement within teaching and give more resources for skill development for current educators. It'd help keep good talent.

Decent job security for teachers here
Pros: As a teacher, getting started was pretty straightforward. They offer standard contracts for private education roles, and it feels stable initially. You usually know where you stand for the year.
Cons: The biggest downside is that long-term job security for some teaching roles isn't always solid. Contracts sometimes aren't renewed without much notice if student numbers drop. It makes you feel a bit on edge, even after a few years of onsite teaching.
Advice to Management: Try to be more transparent with contract renewals and provide clearer reasons. It would also help to offer more long-term security or pathways for experienced teachers within the educational institution.
