Pros: The Kuala Lumpur office has a really supportive team, which helps a lot when things get crazy. I've gained solid experience in property development and learned so much about the market.
Cons: Work-life balance is pretty tough for Project Executive roles. We often work well past standard hours, and weekend work isn't uncommon when we're pushing deadlines. Flexibility for onsite staff is almost zero.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into better workload distribution and resource planning, especially for core project teams. It would prevent burnout for us in the property development sector.
