Layanan Kesehatan ini telah teregistrasi sejak 22/12/2014 dengan Nomor Surat Izin 188.45/11/35.73.112/2013 dan Tanggal Surat Izin 19/11/2015 dari UPT PERIZINAN PELAYANAN TERPADU dengan Sifat Tetap, dan berlaku sampai 2020. Sehabis melangsungkan Metode AKREDITASI RS Seluruh Indonesia dengan proses akhirnya diberikan status Akreditasi Rumah Sakit. RSU ini bertempat di JL. PANJI SUROSO ARAYA BUSINESS CENTER KAV. II-IV, Kota Malang, Indonesia.

Pros: Job security is pretty good, especially for Plantation Assistant roles. You know what's expected daily on the palm oil plantations. Pay and benefits are competitive enough for the industry in Sumatra, Indonesia.
Cons: Work flexibility is almost non-existent for onsite positions. As a Plantation Assistant, you're on a fixed schedule with limited options to adjust. Remote work simply isn't an option here, which makes work-life balance tough.
Advice to Management: Try to find small ways to introduce more flexibility, even if it's just for certain situations or long-term employees in field operations. It would really help morale.
