Pros: You definitely learn a lot about the property development industry and how to close deals. As a Property Sales Executive, I got good exposure to clients in the Kuala Lumpur market. It's a solid place for initial experience in real estate sales.
Cons: Career progression is pretty limited here. There isn't a clear path for promotions, and you often feel stuck. If you're looking to move up quickly, this might not be the best local firm for that.
