Pros: As a Civil Engineer, the kind of engineering projects we get are genuinely interesting. There's good exposure to major infrastructure development in Kuala Lumpur, which is a solid plus for career experience.
Cons: But seriously, the work-life balance here is tough. Expect to work long hours, especially when project deadlines hit, making personal time super scarce.
Advice to Management: Leadership really needs to tackle the workload management. It feels like staffing isn't keeping up with the volume of engineering projects, leading to constant overtime for employees.
