Cons: The company culture can feel a bit traditional and slow for a Sales Executive. There's not much room for trying new ideas, and decision-making for new projects or strategies takes forever. It's strictly an onsite arrangement, so flexibility isn't really a thing.
Advice to Management: Try to empower managers and teams more, let them have a bigger say in daily operations and new sales strategies. Speeding up decision-making would really help keep up with the market.
