PT Djarum adalah sebuah perusahaan rokok terbesar yang bermarkas di Kudus, Jawa Tenga Indonesia. Sejarah Djarum berawal saat Oei Wie Gwan membeli usaha kecil dalam bidang kretek bernama Djarum Gramophon pada tahun 1951 dan mengubah namanya menjadi Djarum. Awalnya perusahaan ini hanya dijalan oleh sekitar 10 orang di jalan Bitingan Baru No. 28 (Sekarang: Jalan A.Yani No. 28). Oei mulai memasarkan kretek dengan merek “Djarum” yang ternyata sukses di pasaran. Setelah kebakaran hampir memusnahkan perusahaan pada tahun 1963 (Oei meninggal tidak lama kemudian), Djarum kembali bangkit dan memodernisasikan peralatan di pabriknya. Pada tahun 1969, Djarum mulai mengeskpor produk rokoknya ke luar negeri. Pada tahun yang sama, Djarum memasarkan Djarum Filter.

Pros: I liked being a yoga instructor at this boutique yoga studio in Austin, TX. You can usually pick up different types of yoga classes, like Vinyasa or Restorative, which is nice. There's a decent sense of community among the staff and students.
Cons: The work flexibility here isn't great, honestly. Swapping shifts or getting time off for last-minute things can be a real headache. They aren't very open to hybrid class models or much WFH for administrative tasks either.
Advice to Management: Try to be more understanding about instructors' schedules and offer more flexibility. Maybe explore hybrid class options or support for remote administrative work.
