Culture is Decent, But Can Feel Stiff
Pros: The team here, especially on agricultural infrastructure projects, is super supportive. Everyone pitches in when things get tough. There's a decent sense of camaraderie as a Junior Project Manager.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough; expecting long hours is common. It feels like a very top-down structure, which slows things down. Sometimes, new ideas aren't really encouraged.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more open communication and really listen to feedback from all levels. A little more flexibility would go a long way for employee morale.

Leadership Lacks Clear Direction At Times
Pros: The team I worked with on various rural infrastructure projects was solid. Everyone was dedicated, especially when handling challenges in the Pahang region. Good learning opportunities if you're new to the industry.
Cons: Leadership can be pretty inconsistent. There's not always a clear vision for new agricultural land development, which makes it tough for Project Coordinators to plan effectively. Communication from senior management often feels disjointed.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating a unified vision for future projects. Improve communication channels from the top down. Give Project Coordinators more autonomy.
