Pros: As an Associate Consultant, I've seen a pretty clear path to Senior Consultant if you perform well on management consulting projects. There are some good internal training sessions available, especially useful for project delivery skills.
Cons: Getting promoted can feel like it takes forever, even with good performance reviews. There's not much structured mentorship for long-term career planning beyond the next role, particularly within the hybrid model when you're not always in the office.
Advice to Management: Focus more on clear promotion timelines and structured career development plans. Better mentorship programs, especially for those in the hybrid model, would help with career growth.

Pros: As a Project Coordinator at Geno Management Solutions, I've found the base salary to be pretty fair for the consulting industry. They do have a 401k match, which is a solid plus. It's not top-tier, but it's competitive.
Cons: However, the benefits package isn't great. Healthcare costs are really high, making it tough to use. PTO is also just okay, not enough for a good break. For hybrid work, you'd expect more flexibility there.
Advice to Management: Look into better healthcare plans. The current costs really eat into our take-home pay. Review the PTO policy too, to make it more competitive for employees in the management solutions field.
