Decent Engineering Gig, Flexibility Lacks

Pros: Good pay and benefits for an entry-level electrical engineer. The energy sector is booming, so job security feels solid. We get decent health insurance, which is a plus.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough. There's almost no work-from-home option, even for administrative tasks. As a junior electrical engineer, you're expected to be onsite daily in the Kuala Lumpur office, which isn't ideal for personal appointments. It feels a bit old-school sometimes.
Advice to Management: Consider more hybrid work options, especially for roles that don't require constant physical presence. A little trust goes a long way for employee morale and retention. Show more
