Pros: Job security here is good, I think. As a Project Coordinator, I've always had plenty of work with new construction projects. It's a mid-sized construction company, and they don't typically do big layoffs.
Cons: While the job security is great, career growth can feel a bit slow sometimes. The pay is okay, but it's not the highest for these types of civil engineering roles in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Advice to Management: Consider improving compensation packages to better compete for talent. Also, look into clearer career paths for employees.
