Cons: Leadership is pretty disconnected from day-to-day operations for us Logistics Coordinators. Decisions often feel arbitrary, and there's not much clear direction from management. It makes career growth feel really limited here.
Advice to Management: Managers need to engage more with their teams and provide clearer strategies. More training for middle management on communication and employee development would really help morale and retain talent in this logistics industry.
