Decent cyber work, but job stability is shaky
Pros: It's a solid company if you want to get into the cybersecurity industry. You'll learn a ton about threat intelligence and malware analysis. Benefits for us Cybersecurity Analysts in the Woburn, MA office were actually pretty good.
Cons: The biggest issue is job security; it's always felt a bit precarious here. The constant news about geopolitical issues and their impact on a Russian company makes folks nervous. I've seen too many layoffs, which makes you question your long-term future, especially for technical roles.
Advice to Management: Be more transparent with employees about the company's long-term strategy and how you plan to mitigate the impacts of external geopolitical factors on job security. More clear communication could help ease some of the anxieties among the technical staff.
