Leadership needs some serious work here
Pros: As a Project Coordinator, you get to work on some interesting property development projects in the Johor Bahru area. The team members are generally helpful, and you learn a lot about the Malaysian real estate market.
Cons: Leadership can be pretty hands-off, sometimes to the point of being uninvolved. There's a lack of clear direction for corporate strategy, making it tough to hit project deadlines for our construction projects.
Advice to Management: The leadership team at this Malaysian property developer needs to step up. Give teams more consistent direction and stick to decisions to avoid last-minute chaos on our construction sites.
