Good Start, Slow Climb for Career Growth

Pros: As a junior architect in the Kuala Lumpur office, I got solid experience on various architectural design projects. It's a fine place to learn the ropes and get practical exposure to the industry. They do offer initial mentorship, which is decent for new grads.
Cons: Career growth is pretty slow, honestly. There aren't many clear career development paths laid out, and it's tough to move into more senior designer roles. You can feel stuck after a couple of years if you're looking for quick promotions or more responsibility.
Advice to Management: Please establish clearer career development paths for employees, especially for experienced designers. Invest in more training programs and open up opportunities for advancement within the company. Show more
