Leadership is a mixed bag, depends on your team

Pros: You get good project exposure here, especially for Civil Engineer roles. The team members are generally solid and supportive. It's a decent place to gain experience in the engineering industry on various onsite projects.
Cons: Leadership can be pretty inconsistent across different departments. Some project managers aren't great at clear communication. Decision-making for big engineering projects sometimes feels slow or unclear.
Advice to Management: Invest more in training for project managers, especially around communication and efficient decision-making for engineering teams. Show more
