Pros: There's some flexibility if you plan your tasks really well. The team usually helps out, which is good when loads are heavy. We work on important skill development for clients.
Cons: Expect really long hours, especially right before big corporate training events. It's mostly an onsite requirement in the Kuala Lumpur office. It's hard to truly disconnect sometimes, even for Program Managers.
Advice to Management: Try to better distribute project load among the teams. Maybe offer more hybrid model options, especially for roles that don't need constant client face-time.
