Event Coordinator

It's an OK Place for Event Work, But Stability Lacks
Pros: Working as an Event Coordinator, you get to handle diverse projects, which is really engaging. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is pretty collaborative, and we learn a lot about the events industry.
Cons: Job security here is tough. Since it's often project-based work, contracts can be short-term, which isn't great for long-term career planning. There's not a lot of guarantee for consistent work outside peak seasons.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more long-term roles or clear pathways for consistent work to improve job security for key event planning staff. This would help retain talent in the competitive events industry.
