We have presently completed supplying these products to many universities, colleges, hospitals, industrial factories and also secondary schools in Malaysia and other countries.

Pros: The product line is solid for lab equipment sales. You get decent exposure to clients, especially working out of the Penang office. The immediate team culture among us Sales Executives is usually supportive.
Cons: Leadership can be a bit hands-off sometimes. There isn't much clear direction for career growth for sales roles. It feels like management is often disconnected from our day-to-day onsite work challenges.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to provide clearer goals and be more present with their teams. Listen to the ground-level feedback, especially from those in the medical device industry sales. Better communication would help a lot.
