Pros: It's a solid place to kick off your software development career. As a Junior Software Engineer in the Kuala Lumpur office, I learned a ton. You get hands-on experience quickly.
Cons: Career growth really hits a wall after your first couple of years. There isn't a clear path to move up to more senior tech roles, and training programs are rare. It feels stagnant.
Advice to Management: You guys need to invest more in career development. Give us clear pathways for promotion and offer more training for advanced software skills. It would really help with retention.
