Pros: I really liked my direct team. Everyone's pretty supportive, and we genuinely help each other out, which is nice for hybrid work. We had a decent vibe, making daily tasks easier.
Cons: The company culture feels a bit top-down sometimes. As a Software Engineer, it's tough when decisions just come down without much input. It can feel like management isn't always listening.
Advice to Management: Try to get more input from your Software Engineers. It'd really make people feel valued and improve overall morale.
