Pros: Being a big player in IT distribution in Malaysia means the company's pretty stable. As a Sales Executive, I felt decent job security; it's not like they're closing doors tomorrow. There's always work.
Cons: While the job itself felt secure, the sales targets are tough and can add a lot of pressure. Sometimes they reshuffle teams, which isn't a direct threat but can make you a little nervous about your immediate role.
Advice to Management: Try to communicate changes, especially team reorgs, more clearly and proactively. It would ease a lot of employee anxiety, even when jobs aren't at risk.
