Good team, but WFH isn't really a thing.

Pros: The people here are genuinely nice. As a Sales Coordinator, I've found my colleagues in the Kuala Lumpur office to be very supportive. They're usually understanding if you have a doctor's appointment or need to leave an hour early sometimes, as long as it's pre-approved.
Cons: Work from home? Forget about it. This family-owned business operates almost entirely on an onsite work model. There's no remote option for most roles, which is tough for work-life balance. Fixed hours are the norm, so don't expect much personal flexibility.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing at least a hybrid work model for roles that allow it. It would greatly improve employee morale and help attract talent in the current job market. The lack of flexibility is a big issue for many, especially for administrative roles in the trading industry. Show more
