Pros: You get some flexibility with hybrid work, which is good. My team in the Bangalore office was pretty understanding about needing personal time. It's a solid SaaS company environment.
Cons: Sometimes, as a Software Engineer, project deadlines are really tight. This means late nights are common, especially with big releases for marketing tech. It's hard to avoid those extra hours then.
Advice to Management: Try to space out project deadlines better. It would really help reduce burnout for the engineering teams.
