Leadership is learning, some decent folks

Pros: Some senior team leads are really supportive. They'll actually listen to your ideas for improving the concrete manufacturing process. It's a busy site in Shah Alam, but some managers genuinely care about their team.
Cons: The top leadership can be a bit disconnected from daily operations. Decisions for production schedules sometimes feel arbitrary, and it impacts the flow for us production supervisors. We often lack clear communication from the executive level.
Advice to Management: Try to get more feedback from the ground level. Your production supervisors know what's happening. Improve communication regarding major operational changes in concrete manufacturing. Show more
