Okay for sales, but work-life balance is a struggle

Pros: The commission structure for memorial park sales is pretty decent if you hit your numbers. I've also found the team in the Kuala Lumpur office to be quite supportive, which makes a difference when working with sensitive client matters.
Cons: Work-life balance here is tough as a Sales Consultant. You're expected to be available for clients a lot, so evenings and weekends are often eaten up. It's not a 9-to-5 job; there's constant pressure to meet sales quotas.
