Pros: Some of the team leads are genuinely solid. They really support you on client accounts and give pretty clear guidance, which is key for those in the financial services industry.
Cons: Upper management often lacks a consistent vision. It's tough when strategic shifts for investment decisions come out of nowhere. Also, they don't always seem to listen to feedback from us on the ground about the actual onsite work challenges.
Advice to Management: Try to have clearer, more consistent communication downwards. Engage more with your junior and mid-level staff; it would really help with overall morale and project execution.
