Cons: Sometimes getting full remote options is tough; it really depends on your project manager and client needs for IT projects. The official policy is hybrid, but some teams are practically onsite five days a week. Can't always count on consistent flexibility.
Advice to Management: Standardize the hybrid and remote policies across all departments. It would improve morale if all teams had similar flexibility for IT projects, not just development.
