Pay's okay, but benefits are basic

Pros: As a Sales Executive in the automotive aftermarket, the sales commission structure is pretty decent. If you hit your targets for wheel distribution, you can make a fine living. It's a solid part of the compensation package.
Cons: Base salary isn't competitive with bigger companies in Shah Alam, Malaysia. There's only basic health insurance provided; no extra perks. You won't see much annual increase unless you're promoted.
Advice to Management: Please review the base salaries and consider adding more comprehensive benefits for employees. It's tough to retain talent with just basic offerings. Show more
